At VarexWear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

Items on sale or discounted

Gift cards

Personalised or custom-made products

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear)
3. RETURN PROCESS

Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your card provider or bank, as processing times may vary
If the issue persists, please contact us.
7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer:

A replacement at no extra cost, or

A full refund
Photos or video evidence may be required.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
